The hotel's entrance was hard to find, some furniture needs replacing, and soundproofing was lacking. There were issues with a room smelling like rotten milk and problematic room cards. Noise from trucks was disruptive, the decor outdated, and breakfast was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, parking was free, and Maria Teresa at the front desk was professional and helpful. With renovations, it could be a more pleasant stay.

Had a FANTASTIC STAY with amazing staff. the breakfast selection was superb, better than photos. Would definitely choose it again for future visits!

The only bummer was the long wait for food at the on-site restaurant despite being told there wasn't any need to book in advance, but we quickly found solace at a nearby pizza place instead. 🍕

I had a real good experience here, everything was fine, the location was unbeatable short walk to airport, Pentagon City and the highway. The breakfast was outstanding with boiled eggs, sausage, impeccable service.

The breakfast was awesome, with tasty eggs & toast, and the area had a shopping center nearby for some extra fun. The friendly receptionist was super helpful and the hotel's proximity to Arlington cemetery & the Pentagon is a major plus. Although the staff blamed me and my key card had to be reprogrammed a few times due to a faulty door lock, the repair was quick and the helpful staff made it less of a bother. ♻️

Amanda at Reception and the Romanian waiter/bartender provided exceptional service throughout our stay. the room was very comfortable, especially the great bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel was well-prepared for the busy weekend with shuttles to the metro station. We also enjoyed a tasty breakfast during our stay. it was a very positive experience.
